For SaaS and AI founders

Code got cheap. Customers didn't.

A five-sprint go-to-market program, built to shorten the road from launch to first customer.

The problem

Launch day. Then silence.

So you guess. A new headline, another post, one more feature. The months go by.

You do not have a marketing problem.

You have an undocumented go-to-market, and every asset you write contradicts the last one because there is nothing to write them against.

No system, no way out

Why now

More products than ever. Same number of buyers.

AI writes the code now, so launches multiply. Your buyers' attention does not.

RevenueCat, State of Subscription Apps 2026

The bottleneck moved from building to selling.

The more of a startup's code AI writes, the more likely it names customer acquisition its biggest challenge.

Supabase, State of Startups 2026

The readiness gap

Launch-ready is not market-ready.

Most founders finish the product, then find the real work below the waterline.

Only 1 in 5 new startups charged a first customer within 30 days. That was a record year. Stripe Atlas, 2025 year in review

What launch day needs

  • A working product
  • A landing page
  • A launch post

What a first customer needs

Tap what you already have.

The usual ways out

Four ways founders try to close it.

Each one has a cost. The biggest one is time.

  • Keep building

More features, the same silence. The product was never the gap.

  • Do it yourself

Courses, templates and AI drafts, written against no documented strategy.

  • A fractional CMO

Advice on a monthly retainer. You rent access to the engine instead of owning it.

  • A first growth hire

Often right, later. Their first 90 days go to discovery.

  • This program

    A structured program

The system built, documented and handed over, one sprint at a time.

The program

Built around one number: time to first customer.

Five sprints, in order. Each removes one reason your first customer is not here yet.

Sprint 1

GTM Blueprint

Guessworka documented strategy

Your ICP, positioning, pricing and messaging, written once and used on every asset.

  • ICP
  • Positioning
  • Pricing
  • Messaging

Sprint 2

The Outbound Engine

No pipelinemeetings on your calendar

Target lists, warmed inboxes and live campaigns, built in your name and handed over.

  • Lists
  • Inboxes
  • Campaigns

Pipeline, not closing. Booked meetings are handed to you.

Sprint 3

The Expansion Engine

One channelseveral

Partners, paid campaigns and AI workflows, so growth stops resting on one channel.

  • Partners
  • Paid
  • AI workflows

Partners are contacted, not signed. Hiring gets a playbook only.

Sprint 4

The Activation Engine

Signups that stallusers who activate

Onboarding flows, in-app guidance and case studies, designed so signups reach first value.

  • Onboarding
  • In-app guidance
  • Case studies

We specify every in-app element. Your engineers implement it.

Sprint 5

Go-To-Capital

Materials from scratchfundraising materials, prepared

Your pitch deck, financial model and the story behind them, prepared before you start a raise.

  • Pitch deck
  • Financial model
  • Preparation only

Preparation only. We do not raise capital or approach investors for anyone. You run your raise.

What exactly is inside each sprint?

Every deliverable, count and date, mapped on a call against your own gaps.

Reviews

Founders, in their own words.

Reviews from the founders we worked with, by name.

On the record

Founder-led. Numbers, not adjectives.

Every number below, in the exact wording we use everywhere.

  • 125+ founders served
  • 30+ startups that moved from MVP to post-revenue
  • 5+ client startups have crossed $1M ARR
  • One client raised a $30M Series A
You own what is built

Every account, list and document is in your name and handed over at the end of each sprint.

Each sprint stands alone

Sprints run in order. Stop after any one and you keep a complete system for that layer.

Scope in writing first

Scope is fixed in writing before you pay, including what is not included.

Questions

The honest answers, including the no's.

The rest, with your numbers, is what the call is for.

Is this only for SaaS?

No. It is built for SaaS and AI products sold to businesses, at or after launch, before there is a go-to-market team.

How fast will I get my first customer?

No honest program can promise a date. This one removes the reasons the first customer is not here yet: a written ICP, sharp positioning, and an engine that books meetings for you to run.

What exactly do I get in each sprint?

Named deliverables with counts and an end date, written into a Scope of Work before you pay. We walk through them on the call, against your gaps.

Do I have to buy all five sprints?

No. Sprints run in order, and each one stands alone. Stop after any sprint and you keep a complete system for that layer.

Do you guarantee results?

One commitment, stated exactly: 2% of TAM as sales-qualified opportunities, backed by a free three-month extension if the commitment is not met. Everything else is effort-bound, and the Scope of Work says so.

Will you close the deals for us?

No. Sprint 2 generates pipeline and hands booked meetings to you. Sales calls and closing stay with you unless separately scoped.

Do you raise money for us?

No. Go-To-Capital prepares your fundraising materials: the pitch deck, the financial model and the story behind them. We do not raise capital or approach investors for anyone. You run your raise.

How is this different from a fractional CMO?

Not a fractional CMO on a monthly retainer, a sprint studio that builds the go-to-market system and hands it over. You get named deliverables and an end date, not a standing invoice.

Does cold outbound still work?

Cold email and ads both fail quietly when there is no documented ICP behind them, because there is nothing to test against. Sprint 1 writes the ICP. Sprint 2 builds on it.

What does it cost?

Fees are set per engagement, once we have seen your gaps. You get the number on the call.

Worth 20 minutes to map your gap?

Tell us where you are. On the call, we map your gaps and what closes each one.

  1. 1You send this
  2. 2We study your gaps
  3. 3A 20-minute call
